Click here to access The Hub. If you are logging in for the first time, use the account credentials provided to you in your account-creation email. After three unsuccessful login attempts, you will need to reset your password. To do so, click Forgot your password? and follow the steps provided.

Selecting a business channel

If you only operate one business channel, ignore this section and skip to Profile settings.

Once successfully logged in, merchants with multiple business channels will see a dropdown menu at the top left of their screen. Click on the menu and choose a business channel to continue.

Profile settings

You can access your profile settings by hovering your pointer above your name, located in the top right of your screen. Here you can update your username, email address, timezone, and password. Click Save to apply changes.

Date range

Please note:

The date range defaults to the last 24 hours.

The date range selector is displayed on all screens in The Hub. Changing the date range will affect the data displayed on each screen with respect to your selection. Select one of the predefined timeframes (MTD: Month to Date) or enter your own custom range, then click Apply or Refresh.

Navigation

The navigation bar on the left side of the screen allows you to toggle between the Dashboard, Transactions, Customers, Risk and Reports screens.
